Everything you need to know to use weblink.lat to its fullest as an FBA seller: create your account, add Amazon blocks, connect Instagram, publish and measure results.

1 Create your free account

Let's start with the easiest part: getting your user on weblink.lat. No credit card required and the free plan lasts forever.

Click "Start free" at top right or go to weblink.lat/register.
Enter your email and choose a strong password (minimum 8 chars, include a number and uppercase).
Confirm your email by clicking the link we send (check spam folder if you don't see it in 2 min).
Login with email + password → you land on your dashboard.

💡 Tip: Use an email you check often. We only send important emails (account confirmation, password reset). No intrusive marketing.

2 Set up your seller profile

Your profile is the "business card" behind every biolink you create. Setting it right now saves you time later.

Name: Your real name or your FBA brand name. Will appear in emails and admin panel.
Timezone: Important so stats (clicks, conversion) show correctly in your local time.
Language: Spanish or English. You can change it anytime from the bottom menu.
2FA (two-factor authentication): Optional but recommended. If your account handles multiple biolinks or coupons, enable 2FA to prevent unauthorized access.

💡 Tip: If you manage multiple brands as an agency, consider separate accounts per client. Each account can have its own white-label domain on PRO plan.

3 Create your first biolink

The biolink is the "container" where you'll put all your Amazon blocks. Each biolink has its own unique URL (e.g. weblink.lat/your-brand) that you'll share on TikTok, IG, etc.

Dashboard → Links → orange "+ Add" button top right → choose "Biolink page".
Pick your unique URL. We recommend using your exact FBA brand name (no spaces, only letters/numbers/hyphens).
Choose a color theme: light or dark. You can customize everything later (gradient, font, etc.).
Click "Create" → you land in the biolink editor where you'll add blocks in the next steps.

💡 Tip: The URL is permanent. If you pick "acmekitchen" you can't change it later (printed QRs would break). Think 5 seconds before confirming.

4 Your first block: Amazon Product

The "Amazon Product" block is a visual card with photo, price, rating and buy button for your product. The most popular block among sellers because it converts better than a plain link.

In the biolink editor → "Blocks" tab → click "Add block".
Find the "Amazon" category (🟧 icon) and pick "Amazon Product".
Paste your product's ASIN (the 10-character code in the Amazon URL, e.g. B08N5WRWNW).
Click "Auto-fill from ASIN" — the system fetches title, image, price, rating and reviews automatically. If Amazon blocks the scrape (rare but happens), fill in manually.
Add your affiliate tag (e.g. "yourbrand-20") and save. The block appears in the mobile preview on the right.

✅ About your affiliate tag: If you're an Amazon Associate, you earn commission per sale. Your tag gets auto-injected into the link. If you're not an Associate, links still work (just don't credit commission).

💡 Tip: You can add multiple Amazon Product blocks in the same biolink — one per product. Great to showcase your full catalog.

5 🎁 The killer block: Coupon Gate

This is the most powerful block in the toolkit. Distributes unique discount codes (1-to-1) that visitors receive on click. Perfect for launches, closed giveaways and review campaigns.

Common use cases:

Product launch: generate 100 codes 20% OFF in Seller Central, distribute via Coupon Gate, get 100 verified reviews in the first week.
Closed giveaway: "First 50 claimants get 30% OFF". Creates hype + scarcity.
Lead generation: enable "email gate" — visitor must provide email before seeing code. Build your list for future campaigns.

How to set it up:

Create the block: Add block → Amazon category → Coupon Gate. Name your campaign (e.g. "Launch 20% OFF").
Upload your codes: Paste your codes in the textarea, one per line. They can come from Seller Central → Advertising → Promotions:

Configure the deep link: Paste the full URL of your Amazon product. If you enable "deep link", clicks open the Amazon app on mobile (not browser) = higher conversion.
Customize messages: Edit the button text, success message, and "out of codes" message when they run out.
Email gate (optional): To capture leads, enable email_required. Visitor must provide email before seeing the code.

⚠️ Don't make them up: Codes must be REAL (generated from Seller Central → Promotions). If you paste fake codes, the visitor will click but Amazon will say "invalid code" — bad experience for them.

6 More Amazon blocks to combine

7 📷 Connect your Instagram (live feed)

The Instagram Grid Wall block shows your latest 9/12/18 IG posts in a clickable mosaic. Auto-updates every 30 minutes.

⚠️ Requirement: Your Instagram must be Business or Creator account (NOT Personal) and linked to a Facebook Page. If you're on Personal, switch for free: IG app → Settings → Account → "Switch to professional account" → choose Creator (1 click).

Dashboard → left sidebar → "Integrations" (🔌 plug icon).
Click "Connect Instagram" — it redirects you to Facebook.
Authorize the permissions Meta requests (instagram_basic, pages_show_list). We only read your public feed, never post or delete anything.
You return to /account-integrations with your IG account listed as @yourhandle.
In your biolink → Add block → Instagram Grid Wall → select your account from dropdown → choose 9, 12 or 18 posts → save.

💡 Alternative without OAuth: If your IG is Personal and you don't want to switch, you can use Behold.so (free plan). In the block pick "Source: Behold (BYOK)" and paste your Feed ID. Works without OAuth or Business account.

8 📢 Publish and share your biolink

Your biolink is ready. Now drive traffic to it from your social networks. Here's exactly where to paste it on each platform:

TikTok: Profile → Edit profile → "Website" → paste your weblink.lat/your-brand
Instagram: Profile → Edit profile → "Website" → paste your link. Also add it in stories with "Link" sticker.
YouTube Shorts: Studio → Customization → Channel description section + in every video "Description".
WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business → Profile → "Website". Also in your catalog link.

9 📊 Analytics and optimization

What gets measured gets improved. Your dashboard has complete stats per block and biolink.

Metrics you'll see:

Views: How many people visited your biolink (not block clicks, just page views).
Clicks per block: Which of your blocks converts most. If Coupon Gate has 200 clicks but Product only 50, you know where to focus.
Countries: Where your visitors come from. If you sell on amazon.com but 60% of traffic is from Mexico, consider adding amazon.com.mx too.
Devices: Mobile vs desktop. The Amazon app deep link only works on mobile — if your traffic is 90% mobile, that feature is gold.

Optimization tips:

A/B test: two versions of the same biolink with different block order. See which converts better in 1 week.
Coupon Gate at the top always converts more (discount = first psychological reflex).
If Review Proof is right below the Product block, it boosts CTR 15-20%. Show social proof JUST after the price.
For launches: paste the biolink in the pinned first comment of your most viral TikTok. More traffic than in bio.

How many biolinks can I create?
Depends on the plan: Free allows 1, PRO allows 5, BASIC STARTER allows 2. For agencies managing multiple sellers, ask for custom pricing.

Do I need to be an Amazon Associate for the affiliate tag to work?
No. Links work without tag (they go to your product but don't credit commission). If you DO want commission, register free at affiliate-program.amazon.com and paste your tag (e.g. yourbrand-20) in each Amazon block.

Is using Coupon Gate legal per Amazon TOS?
Yes, as long as codes are real (generated from Seller Central) and you DON'T offer review incentives (that's prohibited). Distributing unique codes is standard FBA practice for launches.

What happens when codes in the pool run out?
The block automatically shows the "Out of codes" message you configured. You can add more codes anytime from the editor.

Can I connect my own domain (links.mybrand.com)?
Yes, on PRO plan. Point your domain's CNAME to weblink.lat and we auto-generate the SSL. Useful for brand professionalism.

Can I change my biolink URL after creating it?
No. The URL is permanent to preserve QRs and printed links. If you need to change it, the cleanest is to create a new biolink and put a "redirect" block in the old one.

Is there a visitor or click limit?
No. Plans limit biolinks, blocks and domains — but traffic is UNLIMITED on all plans. If you go viral, no worries.

How do I cancel my account?
Dashboard → your avatar (bottom left) → Account → "Delete account". Everything is deleted: biolinks, blocks, coupons, IG connections. Not reversible.
