Yes, both. The blocks don't depend on fulfillment method — they just need your product listed on Amazon with a valid ASIN.
Yes. When you upload 100 codes, each visitor receives ONE different code via an atomic DB INSERT. The code switches to "assigned" status and nobody else can see it. When the pool runs out, the block automatically shows "No codes available".
